①"超ミクロな水"は、どんな状態?

電子が何処かへ飛んでいったり、また水素イオン(陽子)だけで存在しているのではなく、電子と陽子がくっついて(水素原子状態)しまうのでもない、こうした離れるでもなく、くっつくでもない、"不思議な関係"を安定に保っていると仮定しています。

この状態を素粒子の世界で言われる、「拡張粒子」のように考えています。これを「インフォトン」と名づけました(商標登録2008年ー杉原 淳)。インフォトンは水素結合が切れないで残っている水分子の中で、回転したり(スピン)、伸縮運動をしているのです。

1) what are the states of "pico-sized water" ?

the electron escapes to somewhere ? or  hydrogen ion (proton) exists alone ? or electron and proton bind together to be in hydrogen atom ?  None of them after dissociating hydrogen bond of water and rather be stable.  I call such state "extended particle" like the terminology in elementary physics and name it "infoton" ( registered in Japanese patent office in 2008by Sugihara).

 what are  the functions of "pico-sized water" ?

function of reduction in chemical reaction ; 1) to clean water in river and lake,   2) to recover lead batteries,   3) to protect rust

function of activated nitrogen in water and air; 1)  water for cosmetics   2) to keep foods fresh   

function to help disintegration of nucleus: to reduce radioactivity faster than usual disintegration

インフォトン(infoton)

infoton emits THz and far IR (including IR to some extent ) and transfer in a space at a certain distance. So the water dissociated hydrogen bonds seems to exist not only in chemical state but also rather in physical state and not like Rydberg atoms.
